If you have wanted to exercise at altitude from the comforts of your sea level home then this altitude package is right for your training goals. All you need to do is acquire the mask and hose setup from Hypoxico (not sold here for hygienic reasons). Once you have that you'll be able to train at a simulated altitude up to 21,000ft + your current elevation. You can train on a spin bike, treadmill, stair-stepper, etc. You can even acquire a tent from hypoxic to help push your body to acclimate to high altitudes while you sleep.
Does it work? I climbed Mt. Everest in May 2021, 3 other climbers including myself used this system and would absolutely recommend to others.
